We’ll begin with the foundation you need to use the Enneagram accurately and ethically.

We’ll take a deeper look at the core patterns of each Enneagram type.

I’m Ashton Whitmoyer-Ober, a community psychologist, certified Enneagram coach, international speaker, author, and workplace consultant.
I’ve helped leaders, teams, and organizations use the Enneagram to improve communication, reduce conflict, strengthen collaboration, and better understand the people behind the work.
My approach is practical, people-centered, and grounded in real workplace dynamics. I don’t believe the Enneagram should be used to excuse behavior or reduce people to a number. I believe it should help us become more self-aware, more compassionate, and more intentional in the way we work with others.
