Learn the Enneagram. Apply it confidently. Use it to create meaningful change.
You love the Enneagram.
And you already understand that it can change the way people see themselves and one another.
But knowing the nine types and knowing how to actually use the Enneagram with a client, team, or organization are two very different things.
The Enneagram Advantage will help you bridge that gap.
Over seven weeks, you’ll learn how to move beyond simply explaining the types and begin using the Enneagram to improve communication, strengthen leadership, navigate conflict, support clients, and create meaningful change.
Whether you’re a coach, consultant, leader, HR professional, manager, or service provider, you’ll leave with practical tools you can immediately apply in the work you’re already doing.
This program is for you if you’re a…

You want to better understand your clients, personalize your approach, and help people identify the deeper patterns keeping them stuck.

You want to communicate more clearly, lead different personalities more effectively, and create a healthier, more productive team.
HR or People Operations professional
You want practical tools for leadership development, team dynamics, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.

This is not just another Enneagram course.
There are plenty of places where you can learn more information about the nine types.
The Enneagram Advantage is focused on what happens next.
How do you use what you know in a real conversation?
How do you make the information relevant to a leader, employee, team, or client?
How do you help someone recognize a pattern without making them feel labeled?
How do you turn insight into a practical next step?
This program will give you a stronger understanding of the Enneagram, but the goal isn’t for you to simply know more.
The goal is for you to feel ready to use it.
Why learn from me?
I’m Ashton Whitmoyer-Ober, a community psychologist, certified Enneagram coach, international speaker, author, and workplace consultant.
I’ve helped leaders, teams, and organizations use the Enneagram to improve communication, reduce conflict, strengthen collaboration, and better understand the people behind the work.
My approach is practical, people-centered, and grounded in real workplace dynamics. I don’t believe the Enneagram should be used to excuse behavior or reduce people to a number. I believe it should help us become more self-aware, more compassionate, and more intentional in the way we work with others.
Inside this program, I’ll share not only what I teach, but how I apply it with actual clients, teams, and organizations.
I'M READYCommon Questions:
Is this a certification?
Do I need to be an Enneagram expert to join?
What if I don’t work with a team — will this still help me?
How is this different from other Enneagram courses?
What if I’m not sure of my type (or someone else’s)?
Will I get personalized support or feedback?
